Its not your fault. At the moment (well, ok, since over 1 year now) there is a hacker (or more) on operations servers every night and they have nothing better to do than crashing all Operations Servers. When they do you get the disconnected from server message.

Hi it keeps kicking me out of conquest servers and has since 2017 but the thing is I'm the only one kicked out of the server and into the mode selection for bf1 and this has happened even on (official dice servers) and this always happens mid match when I pause the game or after the round is over I have no clue why or how this is happening

@NotMr9thArmy Hello ! A close friend of mine is dealing with this problem for months now. We play along for a while and he is the only one to have this struggle. He even tried many tricks and soluce and nothing positive happened. Is there anyone still in this situation ??
