Something to do with aero.  Putting it to custom wont allow windows to disable aero to "improve" performance which can cause crashes.

    None of the methods you mentioned worked. I recently unparked all my cores and I am getting good performance but the error is still there ☹️ I'm thinking of RMA'ing the card.
