DLC weapons not available in game

Starting last week my DLC weapons were no longer available for me to use in game during the rounds. I could access them in the customize screen in the main menu. I could equip the skins on the ones I had unlocked, etc. It looks completely normal. Once I get in a round they are no longer available at all.  I even tried to equip them in the main menu and when I load in they default to a different gun. An example would be I had the Fedorov set in the main menu but when I actually loaded into a server I had the Cei. I've already update license and then even deleted and redownloaded the game and it didn't fix the issue.

  • This does seem really odd. My first thought was to suggest checking all the DLC packs are still installed, just to rule that out (I don't think it'll be the issue in all honesty though).

So when you've loaded in to a match you can't then select DLC weapons again? For example changing from the Cei Rigotti back to the Federov.

  • Nope, its so bizarre.  All of the DLC weapons are like that and it literally just started last week.  When I'm in the spawn menu in game all the DLC weapons are locked.  But like I said in the main menu all the ones I have unlocked are available to equip and customize and the ones I haven't unlocked yet aren't accessible.

For PS4 platform just go to the game page on ps4 store then you will find the <<adds on>> then reinstall all the DLCS. the issue will be fix once you restart the game.

i face this issue every time i try to transfer the game from the internal to the external hard drive.

@steveb0sk1 I've had a quick chat with one of the CMs and it looks like you may just need to reinstall the DLC packs.
  • I can help with this.

When upgrading from PS4 to PS5 I also lost all my BFV Early enlister weapons.

I understand that this problem is slightly different, but of you MIGRATE your BF1 from PS4 to PS5 rather than clean install, then it carries across your cloud saves and all the DLC weapons.

I don't know if you are able to try the migration again (it was too late for me as I had already sold my PS4), ut I would definitely give that a try.
