Do not have splinter camo for being a veteran

while I as playing Battlefield 4 (PS4) I  realized there is one player camo I do not have, the splinter camo for being a battlefield veteran. I went to the EA life chat support twice and that was no help. one of the people that helped me said to come here, so here I am.
