"DO NOT REDEEM THIS CODE. This product setup is not complete." - ORIGIN redeem code error.

I received a prompt from Origin when trying to redeem my Battlefield 4 pre-order code. This is the message that I get:

"WARSAW IGC - PCWIN - DG EC

DO NOT REDEEM THIS CODE. This product setup is not complete."

Then it gives me the option buttons for "Back" & "Next." I don't want to lose the code, so I have hit back every time. Is there anything that is wrong with the code or should I just hold off with redeeming it until the game's release gets closer?

    Hi there,

    Then you should contact GameStop again since they gave you a faulty code.
    This is not an EA matter, as the retailer handed the code directly to you.

    Also. As your error stated, "This product setup is not complete..". It may be that it is some type of content that will be available later.

    Hi there,

    Do you still experience this error?
    If so, it can be that the promotion code is not ready or available yet. Try to redeem your code later.

    Also, try to clear all web cache and cookies and try.

    If you read the email which came with your code you'd know to rdeem it here: dogtagoffer.battlefield.com not in Origin itself

    Well, considering that I had received this code directly over the phone and not in an email, how should I know this? My code was given to me by a gamestop associate via their call center to be used with the Origin client...so, your answer did NOT solve my question.
