Do premium trials lock all XP?

Just wondering what the deal was. Does it lock absolutely all the XP? It's a bit rubbish if you just happen complete a weekly assignment or get a new service star or something (anything really where you get a big chunk of xp in one go) while playing on a premium map.

    All XP that you get on those maps is locked behind the XP premium lock. Only once you get the premium access will you get all that XP again and yes that applies for those service stars too since you got them on that map etc.

    Hey @eI-nombre I hope everything is  good! 

    All xp that you are doing on the premium maps and that are connected to the premium experience are behind locked xp. If you get premium to your account all that xp you got over time while playing Battlefield 1 will be rewarded to you'r account.

    So like a service star for a weapon (that I assume you get XP for but I'm not totally sure) that isn't for a premium/DLC weapon, would you get the XP for that if earned on a premium trial map or not?
