Hi babipsylon,

Since Battlefield Agency third-party and are not operated by EA, it's unlikely that the Terms of Service team can help you themselves (you could still try, of course). 

I did check out Battlefield Agency on Discord and was able to join their server through the link on their site, so you're probably best trying there again. 

Alternatively you could see if there are any servers in-game who don't use their service, as you should be able to play those.
