Does Battlefield 4 Premium Membership renew automatically?

Is the Premium Membership for a term like one year, or perpetual? If for a term, does it renew automatically? I'd like to know if my credit card will get charged again in a year. The website descr...

EnlightenedAce is correct, it is a one time change, a DLC season pass and not a subscription.
