Does BF4 premium edition come with base game?

Does BF4 premium edition come with the base BF4 game or do i have to buy that separately? It seems like it does on the battlefield website but I am getting mixed answers. I don't want to buy premium to find out i have to buy the base game as well. Thanks

    @achuser Premium edition does come with the base game, Just BF4 premium does not.

    Premium is seperate from the base version I got on Playstation Network a few days ago.
