You needed to be a closed beta participant
Having the Same issue. I am convinced i have met the requirements but i don't have it unlocked? Pretty weird.

I think it's rather odd that i don't have it unlocked yet. This is the first day i've recognized this issue tbh.Okay, but then it'd be best for you to contact the phone support as they can look into your account and check this.

- i have 2 friends who have the dogtag but didn't play the beta....
they're both on ps3 and only play bf4 out of all the bf franchise- I'm closing this thread due to the serious necro. All of the requirements as published by DICE are on page 1.
