Dog Tag Awarded to 4th floor Participants

Hello i want to know how can i get this dog tag?  mmmm i please i want it!!

Having the Same issue. I am convinced i have met the requirements but i don't have it unlocked? Pretty weird.

Have you been a closed beta participant (the very first one) of Battlefield Hardline on PC or PS4, @AlphaLionAL?

    Pretty sure i've played it on the PC.
    I think it's rather odd that i don't have it unlocked yet. This is the first day i've recognized this issue tbh.

      Okay, but then it'd be best for you to contact the phone support as they can look into your account and check this.

    i have 2 friends who have the dogtag but didn't play the beta....
    they're both on ps3 and only play bf4 out of all the bf franchise
