    The Battlefield Insider Dog Tag issue, had been fixed on today´s update.

    Please find the patch notes from the update.

Do you get the dog tag just by signing up, or do you need to claim it via a Battlefield Insider reward?

Contact EA support if you don't received your insider dog tag.
For friday night play on server and teamspeak with EA team and complete the mission. If you complete it they send you a code for dog tag.
