Dog tag bf1

Anyone else having problems receiving weapon dog tags? Crossbow Launcher is well over a 100 kills and still no dog tag given. Plus the mortar kills (frag and HE) are not registering.

    The Crossbow Launcher Dog Tag got added later to BF1, with the TSNP DLC.

    So make sure you made 100 Kills with it after the DLC Update was added to your Game!
    Cause all the previous Kills before the DLC doesn't count for it.

    About the Mortar kills, it's a known issue that it doesn't show the kills you did. (in your Stats)

    The dogtags should appear on the backside of the dogtag option , Under Weapons. If you still dont have them make sure you got 100 killes with at least one varient of the gun.

    If you do got over 100 killes and the dog tag isnt open , Contect EA support by any way , They will be able to unlock the dogtag for you (Just bring some proof with you :P)

    You will need to rekill 100 people after the update, not counting the number of hits.Hope you get it soon!

    To clarify this:

    The task does not credit any kills before the dog tag was implemented, it is not working retroactively, so you'd just have to continue using it until it is unlocked. Also this dog tag cannot be granted by an EA Advisor. If you should encounter any further issues with this particular one, feel free to let me know.
