Dog Tags Missing

Tried this web site. I was able to see that you have collected 3 of them. This site gives better breakdown than BattleLog.

Also, have you contacted the EA Help at http://help.ea.com/en/battlefield/battlefield-4/? They might be able to answer better on why some of your Premium Dog Tags are missing.

Unfortunately, that's not all of them. I have collected more than that, couple of them even from my clan buddies, whose names are not even on the list in the link you supplied. If you look at my Battlelog you will see that I have 37 knife kills and only 6 dog tag collections recorded in the link; something doesn't add up here if you ask me.

I will try contacting EA help, but I have bad experience with that...

I wonder if you were playing on Un Ranked servers by accident. Have you looked through your game log? If you were playing on Un Ranked servers, your stats may not show up peoperly or counted.

I'm 100% sure all the games I played so far were on ranked servers.

EDIT: I contacted customer support, the advisor I was talking with was VERY friendly and it was a pleasure to communicate with him. Unfortunately he said they have no way of confirming the dog tags I pointed out missing as well as they ave no way to trace who did I knife. He did give me some BF4 promotion codes as compensation, which was very nice of him, because he didn't have to do it.

The dog tags are gone for good so for anyone planning to reset your stats, if you got any dog tags that you have collected and haven't unlocked but don't want to lose them, don't do it.
