Double XP is NOT enabled despite it saying so in the menu

Hi DICE/EA and community,  Basically what the title says, in the main menu for BF4, it says 'DOUBLE XP IS ENABLED!", however I noticed a sudden drop in XP gains yesterday.  I was receiving double X...

It is also showing double xp bf4 now so it's  a visual glitch or what should I use my xp boost over it
