I recently purchased the collectors edition new from amazon and the code for the m1911 is not working. I contacted EA customer support and they gave me a different skin and im not sure if they are able to simply add it to my game, as it requires a download process and a separate xbox live code which is supposed to be gained from the original code I received.please help, as no matter how many times I try the code on the website, it still will not work.

Hey everyone, if you are struggling to enter the code and get one for your desired platform: This has been reported and is being investigated. In the meantime, - If you play on PC you can just go ahead and redeem the code in Origin, this will work fine. - If you play on console please do not redeem the code in Origin. An EA Advisor should be able to issue a replacement code for your respective console.

Error to redeem the exclusive doughboy m1911

i buy battlefild 1 deluxe edition collectors edition im trying to redeem the code in the Pigeon tube and says me Your code was not recognized.

why??? what i need to do? can somebody solve me the problem

They made me contact Amazon since its their exclusive. I called them and their solution was ship out a whole new bundle. Soooooo stupid!

I got mine from Amazon as well and it's not working, the EA Support literally told me to ask Amazon for a replacement despite me showing them a thread of many people having the same issues, but the agent was adamant that someone tempered with the Collector's Edition at Amazon.

Can you please look into this? Been trying to redeem it but can't seem to do so for a while now.

So how do you claim the Doughboy on Xbox one? Cause I own premium and the delxue (bought separately) and it showing up as I'm unable to get it through custom classes. Yet I can see it in Weapons and Gadgets.

Can you explain why the code didn't work? Have you followed the right procedure written in the back of the dlc paper?
and which different skin Ea support gave you?
