So i tried downloading Battlefield 4 and when i got to the step where i put the code in it said that the code has already be used even though it was the first time i entered the code.

I got the code from the back of the instruction packet inside the disc box

Oh. I bought it from a gamestop store as new.
try reentering the code again just incase you mistakenly missed the digit you needed. if you are sure it doesnt work you can call gamestops support line 1-800-883-8895 (8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. (CST) 7 days a week). and if just in case they say you need to contact ea http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=battlefield-4 since gamestop is the place of purchase id call them first and see if there isnt a way they can provide you with one and if you cant get one from them atleast you should be able to from ea.
