How can I download dragon's Teeth on my Xbox one?

...and to all non-Premium members starting on July 29th
I want to know how I can start the download. I can not Download it in the xbox store and Ingame there is nö Download button too.

When available you will be able to download DT from the Marketplace.
- According to the schedule DT is released but neither it is in the xbox store nor it is in the Battlefield 4 In-Game store. There is only "Dragon's Teeth - Out today" and NO Download button!

- I had the same problem. I completely unplugged the xbox from the power box for 20 seconds. Once I did that, the doc showed up on the list. Hope this helps
