Draw Distance/Texture Popping Issues
When playing the game objects and many times enemies in the distance simply do not render on my screen. This means I need to scope in all the time to see if anyone is actually off in the distance. Often times I will see only part of a building or just an enemy, zoom in and see that the enemy is actually inside a building (the building just pops out of nowhere) or the building completes itself.

When I launch barrels in the test range they do not appear unless I scope in, at the start of the video I have low mesh quality but even with ultra mesh quality the barrels do not show consistently (nor does the machine gun tower to the right hand side).
If you look on this video the barrels display correctly, as does the machine gun tower to the right.

I am running with:
OS: Windows 7 64 bit (service pack 1)
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 8152MB RAM
Card name: AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series
I currently have the AMD beta drivers, I had the same problems with draw distance on the standard drivers too.
Any help is much appreciated.
