Hi @1AGRESSOR - all I can suggest is that you try repairing the game in Origin and reinstall Direct X, Microsoft .NET framework and your videocard driver.
If that doesn't work you might want to consider provinding some more information about your issue like:
i THINK i resolved this it's gonna take few days to test since i need to play long session with high tickets whole day and than repeat with different system settings
after i conclude and i am 100% sure what the problem is ill post it here
i saw posts from 2013 and BF3 and other games many people have this problem and many offered some stupid solutions
i can tell you right now IT IS NOT DIRECX AND YOU DO NOT NEED TO DOWNCLOCK YOUR GPU
