[EA Acccess] BF 4 not working in vault

Update 4:

We have made some progress with the issue and some users are already reporting that they are able to get in again. We are still investigating, but you might want to check whether you are able to get in as well.

    I've just paid £19.99 for the EA Access subscription but I cannot play any of the downloaded and installed vault games. They start up and then the screen goes black and that's it. Nothing. If I hit the home button on the XBox One it takes me home and I can do anything else on my XBox, it's just EA Access games that won't work. Anyone help?

    If I can't get this working, I want to know how to go about getting a refund. If I can get it working, could someone advise if my children will be able to access the Vault games through their XBox accounts???

    I am having the same issue. If I find a fix for it or get a refund I will let you know what I did.

    I'm also having this issue, all non ea games work fine. My copy of Fifa 14 that came with my xbox one doesn't even work now, along with madden 25 I downloaded through ea access. I just get a black screen when trying to start the game

    I just uninstalled ea access hub on my xbox one, tried to play my own copy of Fifa 14 and it still gets the black screen. So not only have I payed for a service that doesn't work, it's taken away the ability to play a game that I own.

    Why wont battlefield 4 download on the vault all the ohers will but it is trying to make me pay 44 dollars and buy it that makes no sense?

    I recently signed up for EA Access and I have download all games except Battlefield 4. When I go to download it it just shows the discount price. I thought all 4 gamez were free? Is there a reason for this?

    I'm having the same problem. It claims it's in the vault but it's trying to get me to pay 45 dollars for it.

    I downloaded Battlefield a few days ago and had been playing it, today it's telling me to pay for it.

    I'm having the same issue.  Played it last night (when it would just launch after purchasing access) and now today it's saying i need to purchase.

    Clearly a bug, but needs fixing asap so we can play! :manhappy:
