Community Admin@Velasco301 Hi, can I check what OS version you're using, is it "10.0.10586.1202 (th2_xbox_rel_1603.160420-1900) fre" or a different one?

Perhaps we're looking in the wrong spot though, can you perform a full restart of the console then log in with just your main profile, and confirm that this issue is still happening?
