EA Advisor needed to assist in redeeming BF1 Collector's edition code

Hi, I've read enough of the forum posts to know that if I redeem the code in my pigeon tube from the CE I just unboxed, it will redeem it for PC. I have not entered the code yet, as I'd like to conve...

    Hi @Millieversal If you wanted to speak with an advisor, you'll need to open a case over at help.ea.com (it should be a matter of selecting Battlefield 1, then "See all help topics", and then "I'm looking for something I bought").

    I don't know whether support agents can assist with this nowadays, but it still worth doing for sure as they would be your best bet.
