EA Answer HQ Mailbox broken?

Good morning

After receiving a reply to a personal msg I sent yesterday, today I can only read the answer. I cannot reply nor compose new msg. The page says: "Sorry, you have to sign in to access this page. If you're already signed in, you may not have access to this page" I'm obviously signed in so what's the EA problem and why does it occur, how do I fix it? Anyone know?

    Hi @Cobra2Actual Clearing your browser cache normally sorts this one out. I had to do that yesterday as I was getting similar messages.
