EA App fails to sync game data to cloud, unable to join multiplayer servers

I have previously been able to play BF4 using the browser Battlelog page without any issues for weeks.

Today, I tried to connect to a server and EA app showed me this error:

Now every time I try to connect to a server it is stuck at "LOGGING IN" status in the Battlelog, same problem occurs if I try to connect via the in-game menus.

I have tried to find an option inside the EA App that shows the game data or save file feature and how to turn on and off cloud save or a force sync and I find nothing.

I have tried restarting my PC, and force closing the EA App and also it's persistent background process.

This solution is too extreme and doesn't make any sense, yeah, let me download 68GB again and rip apart the health of my SSD rewriting the same thing over again when the problem is the save and config file being unable to sync with the cloud which is a EA App problem.

I fixed it by deleting my save file inside the documents folder and closing again all the programs and I let BF4 create another one when I launched the game. I had to set the config again from scratch, my aim, sens, map size, etc.

    Your solution is unreasonable.

The EA App is mediocre, the Origin app had options regarding this cloud sync feature, the EA App doesn't let you do anything. Underdeveloped. Not even a force sync, or choose which version to keep option.
