EA App says my owned copy of Battlefield 1 is expired.

EA App says my owned copy of Battlefield 1 is expired.  The app seems to be looking at the trial version of the game instead of the full version which I own.  I have over 99 hours played and also own three DLC's for this game. 

I already tried clearing the EA App cache as described in another thread about this same issue by from many months ago by someone else - this did not resolve the issue.

I seem to recall finding an EA help chat service before when encountering a similar issue for a different game a couple years ago, but now I cannot find any kind of help chat - maybe that no longer exists.

What else can I do to restore my game?
