I don't know where else to turn to!! My Sims crashed about a month ago I have sent emails, tweets and contacted Firemonkeys on Facebook never a reply or an answer back. I have invested money and my time into this game and really enjoyed playing and would just like my game back to where it was the day it crashed!! Is there any other way to contact someone, anyone to get some one on one HELP!! Can someone help me in getting a contact something that I can get a real person not an autoreply?? Thanks so much for any help!!
