EA games is asking for username and password everytime I lunch the game

@SKKRATSH I don't have a solution, unfortunately, but just wanted to mention that as there seems to be a lot happening with EA FC25 at the moment, EA Help might take slightly longer to respond than normal. Update us here if you don't hear back from them shortly, though.

I know they will take long time honestly I'm not on a hurry but really appreciate you informing me as I was thinking about sending another help request

@SKKRATSH No worries. Assuming that you made an email case, you could always see if the steps below get you a live chat. I know you said you're not in a hurry, but it might get you some help quicker. I just tried them now and the site offered me a chat with a 17 minute wait.

- Search for "Battlefield 1" on help.ea.com.
- Choose the "I need help logging in to my EA Account" option.
- Live chat should appear in the "Still need help" section (hopefully).

@SKKRATSH You're welcome and it's easy to miss things on the EA Help site (I need to remind myself of the steps every time anyway). Hopefully you can get some help either through the case you opened or live chat 🤞
