Nope, I don't really know what else to do at this point, since it's a very particulary problem not affecting a whole lot of people I don't believe I will get a resolution very quickly, if at all.
im going to email the lady that is in the email back tomorrow when i get in. hopefully she'll be able to help. you guys should do the same!
