how did you get your money back? I have been wanting my money back since I got it but the purchase doesn't show up in my order history. I don't even play bf4, it's pretty but the netcode is terrible, the sound cuts out, the game crashes, and I lost my achievements or they didn't record them. BF4 is nothing more than a polished turd and I want my money back too! I honestly uninstalled it.
well I spent probably a weeks worth of time working for EA basically, tryin to "fix" my new pc. I was being sarcastic there. But anyway, after multiple times tryin the same fixes and probing my pc, they finally came to the conclusion that my pc was not the problem. And since it took really literally a weeks worth off phone time in a month and a half, they could see that I was mad and gave me my money back. It is the least they could do, beecause they ask so many people to take this long and patient ride.
