EA please remove my BF4DB ban now

If I have not been hacking, how can I be banned globally by BF4DB?

You should have this site on leech, because I cannot now play with Your product.

I have sent an email to the disputes department of EA stating my case.

If this claim stays that I have been globally banned for doing no hacking, I will have no other choise than go on with the lawsuit.

This will be a civil lawsuit as a customer and it will be done against Electronic Arts because the product is yours.

If you can not exercise law on BF4DB then let's see if the civil court can.

Please be aware that Answer HQ is a community based support forum. It's not a place you can write directly to EA and get a response - if you however want help with a problem that your fellow gamers can help with this is the place.
