Even me i don't know what to do neeeed helps plz

  • I am having the same issue, and I've tried:

    Clearing system cache
    Restarting router
Power cycling Xbox (turn off and leave unplugged for 5 minutes then turn back on)

    Still not working.
  • Sorry I messed up. I'm replying to subscribe to see what the solution is.

Everyone in the thread see my previous posts for possible fixes.
  • @EA_Valgard Server browser says "no servers found" with all options selected as to include all possible servers. Only way to join servers from the browser is favourites/ history.

    Quick match still works though.

    Hey @CloslaRoche

ah that's too bad to hear! =(

But let's try the following to get you back into the game.

A wired connection is required for this.

    1. Take your platform offline and disconnect it from it's power source.
    2. Restart your router.
    3. After the restart, restart your platform.
    4. Try to connect to a game again.
    5. If this didn't solve your problem, write down these ports to forward them:

    • Static IP addresses for stable connections:
    • Google DNS:
    • If it still doesn't work, try the basic trouble shooting and afterwards the advanced version for your platform.

UPDATE: I've tried some things over these last few days. I've also started school so that's why I'm responding late. Sorry about that...

So I can still play as long as I use Quickmatch and or History, but the server browser on Battlelog on my PC, My iPad, my Phone or in-game won't show any servers.

Normally I play on a wireless connection, but I used a wired connection to start. No luck with re-starting Xbox or router.

My router had those ports forwarded by default, but to give it a good shot I un-forwarded them, restarted the router, forwarded them and restarted again. Still no results.

I changed to static I.P. and afterwards I restarted both my router and my Xbox. No results.

I can't read the troubleshooting steps you linked as they are in Dutch or German...

Now I can still play, but I can't find my favorite servers or servers friends are playing on. Kinda annoying seeing as I can't see which servers have a good connection, and I can't sort out hardcore from normal, ranked, etc.

    Hey @CloslaRoche,

in this case it'd be the best to contact my colleagues from the EA Support. =)
How that works: -> Click me! <-

    Ways to contact us

Based on the information you give us about your issue, we will recommend the support channel that most quickly connects you to the right Advisor. Support wait times can be shorter when you use Call Me or Live Chat. Not all channels are available for every issue and location.

    ChannelHow it works

Call MeRequest that an Advisor call you about your issue. You don't have to wait on hold or incur additional phone charges.* We'll give you an estimated wait time for your call back.

ChatEnter a chat session with an Advisor to discuss your question in real time. We'll give you an estimated wait time so that you know how long to stay connected.

EmailSubmit your question to us via email. This channel works best for non-critical issues that still allow you to play your game while you wait for a response.
