EA threatens to ban me over my emblem

Today i got a warning that i've broken EA's rules regarding my emblem and that it was inappropriate, granted it did have a small bit of nudity however it was basically not noticeable, they also removed the emblem from my "library" so i cannot equip it, i find this to be silly when players keep using swastikas and other hateful symbols as well as literal pornographic content in their emblems with little to no problem

how can i put up a case to why my emblem should not infact have actions taken against it based on there being little to no problem with my emblem

To answer questions

1. i have not as of now been banned in any way shape or form as of me making this post, i merely got a warning

2. the emblem was of a furry cartoon fox showing his butt, nothing else, no butthole, no sexual organ, and there was no hateful symbols

i simply don't want to risk being banned permanently (which they did imply could happen) over something so insignificant, but i also don't wanna loose my emblem

  • Hi @Lieutenant_kiwi You're best off just using a different emblem I'm afraid. If EA's Terms of Service team have deemed the emblem ypu were using as being in breach of the User Agreement and you recreate it, then they can definitely apply sanctions or a permanent ban to your game or entire account. It's just not worth the risk of losing your account for an emblem.

At the same time, if you see inappropriate emblems, you can report these players (https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/faq/report-players-for-cheating-abuse-and-harassment/) too. Chances are that action will be taken against them too.

Do you think i could try and cover up the "nsfw" parts of the emblems with let's say a black bar, or would that not work?

@Lieutenant_kiwi That's not something I can advise you about unfortunately. Anything you decide to do with the emblem in question is entirely at your own risk.
