You have posted on Answer HQ, a player community website where we discuss EA games. The few CMs here are on hand to keep the peace, mostly. Other than that handful, we are gamers in here, and our opinions aren't sought out by EA that I've ever had any word about. EA has its own regular forums that supposedly are visited occasionally by various of the corporation's own game developers.
You just might have a small chance getting a useful answer there.
