empty Server on bf1

Question

Hello ... I use to play battlefield 1 online on xbox one s ... was having issue in latency since last month and from last 4,5 days now I'm getting only empty server ... whenever I join any server in operations or any other mode game entered me in empty servers happening with me from last 4-5 days .... I want to play battlefield online so bad as I used to play on daily basis ... please help me out ... help required

Hey&nbsp;@Waji1998,Sorry to hear about the complications that you're experiencing with getting thrown into Empty Servers.Have you tried any of these Basic Troubleshooting steps?You can find them below:https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/Also, while you're in the Operations Menu, have you tried the "Join Any Operation" option, rather than picking an Operation of your choice?Let us know if any of these steps work.Thanks 🙂&nbsp;

Yeah I always choose "JOIN ANY OPERATION" because in the start when I use to select manually there wasn't much players
