So did you bought a physical or digital version of the game and are you able to see Battlefield 4 in your "My Games" library? Have you already checked your order history and the e-mail receipt?

If you purchased a disc-based version, the product key is either on the disc itself, or on the game manual. this is when i wanna play game i still dont see product key.. in my order history i got just order nuber.. really dont now
