Episode 8 Freezes
began episode 8 got dead & now its been roughly 6 hrs w/no connection. How can this be resolved. tried to get help on line & your server is not letting me contact you. Still not working as of yet.

I also have issues with episode 8. I'm on the XBOX ONE playing the digital download version of the game.
I've played through episode 8 until the airfield, at which point I died after the 2 helicopters attacked while I was on the large gun. When the game reloaded, it was a black screen and endless blue loading image. After about 10 minutes, I restarted the game and tried restarting the episode from this checkpoint but it plays a little bit of the music, shows a dark image of the inside of a warehouse, then shows the blue loading indicator for a long period of time and the music stops playing. I've hard rebooted the Xbox several times trying to fix the issue.
My network configuration has been excellent and been troubleshooted during other EA issues with Battlefield 4, so the network is NOT the issue.

Identical issues on PS4, no respawn after dieing in the airport... I tried to restart ep8 as a cadet (was agent), EA's assistance told me to do so and it was the same résult at the same point !
Now they want me to restart from ep7 ! Not sure I will cuz I cant be sure it will works... I'm a bit fed up with restarting back in that game !
Ok, I did it as a last chance and it works ! So, if ep8 freezes, restart from ep7... Bye
