As stated by multiple players in here (thanks!), please refrain from using the M320 until we have a permanent fix for this issue.

Observed on Golmud Railway map after shooting from m320 flashbang.
have win7 64 bit, AMD Phenome x4, AMD HD7870 2gb, 12 gb of ddr3, amd latest beta drivers 13.11 Beta 8 drivers.
I was in 32 player ... the main ocean map, cant think of the name... I also used a FB. Here is a post I made earlier with more detail.
Here is something strange. While using the 320 FB I used one on myself during the waiting for players. It crashed me and gave me a :

Have never gotten that message until today, usually just locks up and stops responding. Although I did get the stopped responding AFTER I exited this error message. But I have crashed using all the kits, so it isn't just the 320 FB.
