Cant connect on xbox 1. Got error code one and now it just says joining server. I can see lots of servers but cant join. East coast USA on gigabit internet. Have reset router and all that crap. Open NAT so that isnt it. Any help would be appreciated. The issues lately do not instill confidence that 2042 will be playable at launch

This is a problem on the servers!
It is not a problem for the player client side...
I wish the techies at EA would wake up and face reality and get this solved for us!
Been a problem now since January, and its only escalating the severity, as every day going by, more players are added to the no-play state on the various servers out there...
@Lolo22ans did you try to restore the database once. This is done in a few simple steps: turn off the PS4, hold down the power button until the second beep, bring up the service menu, and then select the appropriate item. Basically, this process cleans up the database a bit, transfers files together, or deletes corrupted files. What belongs together is zipped together and allows faster access, which ultimately is to increase speed. The whole process can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours, depending on how "broken" your own PS4 is. It is worth a try. 🙌
