Error code 1

I got banned from server for team kil*ing and now every time I try to get into a game it’s error code one my other account works find which makes me think I’ve been perma banned not sure? If have actually been banned for team kil*ing on hardcore by accident then I’m never buying other trash bf game again no wonder they are going down the bin, played every battlefield to date except 5 cause it’s fake trash
