error code 1

I keep getting this error, when i try to join a certain server, it happened i got kicked for offensive behaviour,

I didnt swear, is this a ban?

if it is, isnt that against the rules to ban for saying the word *.

if it is a ban, why does it come up as a error 1.

Why isnt it banned from server, due to offensive behaviour.

seems a sneaky way of banning you from a server , without telling you its a permanent ban.
