How do i do that?
I'm sorry to hear about that, although this could have two sources. It does seem that the EA servers have been having issues lately, so the servers could be down or it is also possible that it is a problem with DirectX 12.
To disable DirectX 12 go to (My) Documents -> Battlefield 1 Open Beta -> settings -> PROFSAVE_Profile
Open this file with notebook and find GstRender.Dx12Enabled 1 and change it to 0 or delete the file and start the game.
