error code [ref. #10049]

Hi, I wanted to buy battlefield premium and finally my mastercard got accepted but now it gives the error code

#10049 does anyone know how i can solve this

I already talk to a game advisor and told me then try a few hours, and that was good , now after 5 hours tried again and still the same problem, any solution?

I bought Dragon Age Inquisition. After that I wanted to buy Mass Effect 3, but it didn't work anymore because of this error
