3. Wired or wireless connection to modem?
4. Is it the same "error" message everytime or does it vary?
1. yes, pings shown 50-80 ms.
2. windows 7 ultimate x64
3. wired, 100mbit/s link. Seams it work good.
4. ERROR Game disconnected: could not join server. Same error, every time. After several times trying to reconnect (from 3 to 20) it works and I can play. If I do not leave the game everything is good, but when I am trying to change server, it comes again(( Sorry for my english, it is not my native language.

2. Download "PBsetup.exe"
3. Click "Add Game" and select "Battlefield 4"
4. Click "Update"
if you've done it this way and your still receiving the error then unfortunately its due to the last update but as long as you still get in to games, this sisue will be fixed eventually.
On a side not you can in fact try forwarding your ports
TCP: 80, 443, 9988, 17502, 20000-20100, 22990, 42127
UDP: 3659, 14000-14016, 22990-23006, 25200-25300

reinstallin PB didnt help unfortunately. Going to read about port forwarding, but I do not sure it could help. If ports wouldnt open or cant be reached the game would not never connect to server, but it connect after many attempts. Anyways, thank you for trying, friend.
