You have replied in the wrong forum and in the wrong message thread.  BF4 is currently "in between" its open Beta and its formal release, so there is no such thing as a connection for BF4.

Well now the game is out Mod and this is still happening, so what do we do?

    I've played a total of 10minutes after 30x tries of connecting to servers.

    I never had this problem with BF3... 

    And what's with the Moderator being snarky in the thread.  You've got paying customers that can't use your service. period.  Fix it.  Period.
