If you restart with a Clean Boot, do you see the same error?

@Thundershaft101 Hey, can you check with the provider if they have the software mentioned above? Obviously a full clean boot won't be possible, but perhaps they can disable anything non-essential as a test?

As you'll see from the previous questions, this has largely been focused on the Steam peripheral, but I want to make sure that no other versions of this issue are missed.
