To solve this problem:
1 - Uninstall Origin only this folder use any registry cleaner
2 - Reset your modem
3 - Download again https://www.origin.com/pt-br/download
4 - Download any browser other than Internet Explorer or Google recommend FireFox because even the only time that worked for my friends all are reminding subscribers of Brazilian provider GVT.
5 - To log does not use Origin but the http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/ the page click on any server that automatically connect to Origin will only do this in the game that will log normal.:robothappy:

It is working now HERE and What I did? NOTHING. It was really an EA problem. I just don't understand why they didn't say something about the problem and keep trying to say that was OUR problem, like firewall, punkbuster, web plugin, etc... If they are thinking that people from South America are stupid so they, on EA, are more stupid than I was thinking. Some guys, like me, just don't know how to spell a good english but we are not stupid. Hope that EA will work more hard on security to prevent DDoS attacks and start to be honest with us.

Before you think that I'm rude with my words, just think for a while:

- If you bought a product that is not working how it should work, and is not working because the product has problems, what you would do? 

- If the seller of the product starts to say that the problem is with you and not with the product, how would you feel?

Just fixed mine by Restoring firewall settings for every apps.

Ok i can confirm that i had tried every option that has come up and following this long step by step did in fact do the trick eventually, but I did have to make sure the firewall was sorted and all my drivers were updated but it did work in the end. thank

Hello, I wanna tell you my story of fixing this problem.

I had the same problem in Battlefield 3 (on Battlefiled 4 it works too) and i didnt know what to do. Then i went in Minecraft and i had the same problem - i couldnt connect to any server. Then i remembered that, i had the same problem with Minecraft year ago - it was CLOSED PORTS! Sometimes your internet provider CLOSES ALL PORTS. Then i called my provider and TOLD HIM TO OPEN ALL PORTS. That took 7-10 mins. After this everything working like before (i changed my internet provider - thats why i got this problem). Maybe you have the same problem as me, maybe you already got the solution. 

Try to open all ports like said but also visit http://answers.ea.com/t5/Battlefield-4/READ-FIRST-Common-issues-amp-Solutions/m-p/3218167#U3218167 and follow steps there, if that does not work tell me your PC Specs and DXDiag help for this can be found here, http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/
