ERROR Your game session has expired, please log out and then log in again

Today I log in and I got an error in battlelog trying to connect to any of the servers in multiplayer and singleplayer,  "ERROR Your game session has expired, please log out and then log in again."...

i have same problem...  i cant contact to ea support whan can i do?  i have problem on battlefield 3 not 4 but i cant find any solution  from ea help..
