Eternal “Loading Game”

I play battlefield 1 on xbox one s. I have recently begun having a problem where SOME maps in the game dont load. The “Loading Game” screen is stuck on loop. This happens on multiplayer games, all modes and most maps. I bought battlefield 1 revolution with all the dlcs and premium, and have only recently been having this issue. I originally thought it was just the dlc maps (which by the way none of the dlc maps load) but it turns out its some of the base game maps too. I power cycled my xbox, cleared persistent storage on blu ray and have reinstalled premium, but it still happens.

    Hey @Matt_S4768,

    This is a known issue, and should be fixed with the July Update that should be deploying soon.

    Unfortunately, we don't have a set date for it yet.

    Will this also be out for bf4 as well with it dlc maps (last stand/dragon's teeth) doing the same.

    This is still happening after the July update. It never happened to me before, but now i can't load any mulitplayer matches.

    You mean after the update was the first time you have experienced it? Have you tried reinstalling the game itself and removing the cash. Does it happen with match making and or server browser as well? you are also on Xbox i presume?

    Yes, i never experienced the problem before the update. Went to play a game of conquest and the "loading game" message showed but nothing happened. Didn't go back to menu screen, no black screen either, just "loading game" forever. Happens in match making and server browser. On rare occasions i can load into a game, but the same thing happens when the next game starts to load.
