Try plugging in a wired controller and launch the game, for me it works when doing so. I can use my mouse normally and click on everything as long as I don't touch the controller and have it plugged in.

Thanks. Can you try restarting with a Clean Boot then load just the game, and see if that has any effect?

  I back to build before of windows creator and is working. I think that you have update the bf1, because i have a game ( Point Blank), that no worked too, but they updated the game and it back to work.

    @EA_David Clean boot had no effect on the problem. I try to get the DxDiag soon.
    
    I guess I have to wait for an BF1 udpate then.

  David,
  This bug has persisted several months now. The game remains unplayable for those of us w/ this bug since the Creators update dropped. Does EA have anyone working on this? A BF1 update addressing this issue is needed. Please advise. Thank you.
